Equipment included?	Yes	May need separate lease for provision of equipment
Consumables and service parts included?	Yes	Probably - check
Service included?	Yes – manufacturer's own product specialists	Probably – check. May use supplier's own staff
Technical support included	Yes – Manufacturer helpline support and LNL own staff as second level	Probably – may be supplier's own staff only.
Copies included?	Generous allowance included	Probably not. Cost may depend on usage
Counting period?	Yearly to cover peaks and troughs in usage - also to allow to plan usage	Probably quarterly or monthly - may lose out during holidays or busy times.
Pooled counting?	Yes if same devices on one agreement.	Probably not – may have overuse charge on one device and not use others enough
